A learning community for designers working towards collective liberation
Are you interested in refocusing your design work to center the people most impacted by the things you’re making? Are you curious about how to put the Design Justice Principles into practice? Do you want to connect with and learn alongside other designers who share your values?
The Design Justice Practice Circle is a learning community for designers at any experience level. It’s a space where we:
- Experiment with and share design justice methodologies
- Deepen our political education
- Refine our craft and receive feedback
- Gain confidence in how we practice design and design justice
- Build community around shared values

THE PRACTICE CIRCLE MAY BE FOR YOU IF…
- You’ve read and learned a lot about design justice, but aren’t sure how to put your knowledge into practice
- You want to practice in a way that’s accountable to community, but you feel disconnected from the communities that will be impacted by your work
- You are curious about facilitation but don’t have a lot of experience with it
- You have been practicing design justice to the best of your ability, but don’t have a lot of opportunities to develop your skills and are often working in isolation
